Rectified Dashes

Make Dashed Lines Behave
Dashed lines have an annoying habit of never looking right on the drawing. You get blank spaces at the ends of lines, corners of rectangles and polygons. Dashed lines just never seem to be right.

Ah, but PowerCADD now has something called 'rectified dashes', which makes them 'right'.

How PowerCADD draws a variety of dash patterns for a series of polygons.

As you can see, the dashes are spaced sensibly, and you have solid lines in the corners.

And this is how it handles dashed lines.

Nice!
