Line Tool
The Line tool is used to draw a line at any angle.

Multi-angle Line Tool
The Line tool is used to draw a line at the angles set in Preferences on the Layout menu. These are commonly called the 'snap angles'.

The Continuous Line tool is used to draw lines between the last point clicked and the next mouse click.

The Parallel Line tool allows you to draw parallel lines for such objects as walls in house plans.
