PowerCADD looks like a simple 'draw' program. There is a tool palette and a drawing window.

Click and drag to draw.

Click on a tool to select it. Then move the cursor to the drawing window, click and drag to draw a line. When you release the mouse button, the line is selected.

The Show Location bar.

At the bottom of the window is the Show Location bar, which shows the location of the mouse as you draw.
