'Paste and Match Style' would be a really good addition when editing text.
I often paste text into text blocks and because the formatting pastes in too, I have to reselect all the text and reset the formatting to suit. The other workaround is to use the Eyedropper tool after pasting to set the formatting to match another text block but 'Paste and Match Style' (as in Apple's Pages App) would be much better.
