Since 1888 Ludowici has been manufacturing the world's best clay roof tiles in their plant in New Lexington, Ohio, located precisely there for the rich clay deposits laid down by ice age glaciers.

Ludowici asked for my thoughts for a design center which would adapt a 100-year-old factory building on a remote part of their site. We worked together to take the concept far beyond that of a design center.
