While there are many separate projects which come together to complete Bayshore, here are just a few samples of the working drawing components. PowerCADD is used from concept to construction to presentation! In this case, the overall sheet for this component of the overall project is a 36 x 48 drawing.

Layout drawings are prepared for all hard landscape elements (shown at 1:1 print size). Symbols are used for site furnishing like tree grates for automated counts for budget managment / estimating purposes.

Complete sets of grading drawings are required to specify the wall heights and surface drainage patterns (shown at 1:1 print size).

Planting plans are prepared using symbols which allows automated generation of plant counts and plant lists (shown at 1:1 print size)

Portion of the irrigation plans prepared for the soft landscape areas (shown at 1:1 print size). Symbols are used for all the major fixtures including heads and valves. Zones are numbered and pipe sized added for tendering purposes.
