Jackman Pit, as it is affectionately known, is an old excavation pit and retired land fill site comprising approx. 34 ha ( 84 ac.) of land in the southeast area of Langley, BC.

In response to various sports user group requests for additional facilities, a preliminary master planning study was carried out for this existing municipal land parcel.

Working closely with the client, a preliminary site development program was developed. Integrating the existing lakes, resulting from previous excavations, while maximizing on site facilities were the primary issues creatively addressed in this preliminary master plan.
