Wall Assembly |

I do a fair bit of teaching in the Architecture School at UBC, and I have used PowerCADD extensively to produce high quality sequential building assemblies for slides. I produce the drawing using the scaled axonometrics of WildTools 3D in PowerCADD broken up into layers according to what I want to show in the assembly, then save them by layer as .PICT images, which has the advantage of a transparent background. Then I import them into Keynote layer by layer (and they all register perfectly). I have played with the transparency and shadows within Keynote (though with the latest version of PowerCADD, I can probably now do some of it within PowerCADD). |
