Here's a work in progress from Michael E. McGuire (larch@on.aibn.com), landscape architect in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Michael has been a PowerCADD user since September 2001. |

|
Here's a close-up view of the drawing. |

|
This is the final rendering. The PowerCADD drawing was exported as PICT into Painter 7. Paste onto seperate layer in Painter and rendered in watercolour on the white base layer. When finished, delete the layer with the original PICT and export the base layer back to PowerCADD as the rendered background. The 24 x 36 hard copy is amazing! I am using WildTools and SketchTools for a variety of effects. I wish I had more time to dedicate to the perspective elements but I suppose that will come in time. I had a hardcore AutoCAD Architect in today for a meeting and within 10 minutes he was asking if there was a PC version of PowerCADD. He was so impressed he hinted that it might just be worth the switch to Mac. Great program this is! Michael |

This drawing and the two below were started in AutoCAD as BMP files, brought into PowerCADD, redrawn and refined and then into Painter for finishing. |

I was able to do to line work on the perspectives in under two hours. |
