The following work samples come from the preceding five-year period. In addition to the work of Pat Loheed and staff: Juli Riemenschneider and Brian Groen, the work of former staff Karen Krolewski (now working in San Francisco), Wendy Ingram and Rosalie Johnson (retired) is included.

1306 Commonwealth Avenue, Brian Groen and Juli Riemenschneider This is an example of a permitting drawing that was prepared for City of Boston agency reviews with the Boston Redevelopment Authority, the Historical/Landmarks Commission and the Boston Parks and Recreation Commission. The drawing was detailed enough that it was later used for actual construction. It went through at least three iterations of building changes coming in from the architectural office and updates as the various reviewing agencies requested changes and further review sign-offs.

The images of small evergreens in pots were created from scanned in images of the actual plant from PhotoShop images, so it gives a reasonable impression of what would be actually utilized in that situation.

We were able to use scanned in images of site furnishings such as the tree grates so we did not have to generate this detail by hand.
