Here's a little project completed just over three years ago. The house was existing and the owners decided to turn an unused part of the property into a recreation area. The project endured many, many changes which fortunately were easy to make because it was drawn with PowerCADD. The soils were incredibly expansive; the original structural design was too expensive to proceed. Some creative thinking, dogged determination, and PowerCADD showed how the project could be made feasible.
