The upside-down boat is a project that started for the VVF (Village Vacance Famille) which is a social holidays sort of society! The site was on the dunes near Dunkirk and the only buildings allowed there were the housing of old fishermen who usually patched up some derelict boat. It gave me the idea. Total price around 250,000 Francs!

This resort house was an impossible thing to model. I had to export in DXF every truss
done in PowerCADD and really 'build' the damn thing! The final rendering was in Bryce.
