This is 'Gonzales', our custom-design machine for making wing spars
and other Falco components. This is the first design I did on a computer.

It is a moving-head planer with a two-foot wide bed and 28 feet long.

Gonzales Himself.

Why 'Gonzales'? Well, I thought that one day someone might ask, how in the world did you get the spar
so straight and flat? Who did that your you? And I'd say, in a nasal and downtrodden way, "Gonzales".

A router is mounted on a cross-feed on one end. This was used to level the table.

Looking down at the actuators used to raise and lower it.
