This is a pulp mill. The large tanks are high density tanks which store paper pulp that has some of the water extracted from it, so it's called 'high density'. The tanks are made of concrete and these have tile on the outside.

This is a construction detail for a high-density tank. The tank is made of concrete, including the conical cover. Agitators are installed in the bottom of the tank to stir the pulp mixture so it will flow out.

High density tank with tile lining

This is the interior of a high density tank, which is lined with tiles manufactured by Stebbins. The tiles are 9 x 12 inches and one-inch thick.
Some of these high density tanks are extremely large. In this case the tanks are being built and they are forming and pouring the concrete for the cone at the bottom of the tanks.
