Hardware and System Requirements

Minimum requirements are:
❏ a PowerPC G3, G4 or G5 computer
❏ at least 256MB (megabytes) of physical RAM is required for
Mac OS X. We recommend a minimum of 1GB (gigabyte) of
RAM for optimal performance of PowerCADD running with
all External plug-ins and Mac OS X.
❏ a hard disk drive
❏ a CD-ROM drive
❏ a printer or plotter
❏ Macintosh OSX 10.3 Panther or newer
❏ for color output, Print Center which shipped with Mac OS X
and a color Postscript or Ink-Jet Printer
❏ 150MB of free hard disk space for the PowerCADD
application, PowerCADD documentation, optional external
plug-ins, WildTools, Topography Tools, Architectural
Extensions and documentation for the optional externals. |
