Sadly, I looked it up in the WildTools 9 Manual that I still have and promptly started using the ctrl instead of command.
Any thoughts on why shift is not working to draw a horizontal line?

Hi: I'm running PC in a Mojave Parallels VM. Two things are happening: The shift key will not constrain to horizontal or vertical (or the other designated angles).
