Re: Learning new things

Rik, This goes back to the days of the Mac Plus with the tiny screen where there was never a sensible opportunity to have multiple windows open. I am delighted to find you reading the documentation. I take great care to document everything I do. There is a common belief with software companies that ...

Re: COVID Vaccine Trial

Next shot is January 10.

Side effects: Just the usual very slight soreness in your arm from the shot. So slight it’s hardly worth mentioning.

Re: COVID Vaccine Trial

Eventually they do, and also there is something sensible about if one of the other vaccines are available and I had the placebo, they contact me then to offer the other vaccine.

COVID Vaccine Trial

Sure cure for boredom! Yesterday I got my first shot in the AstraZeneca vaccine trial. Odds are 2/3 that it’s the vaccine and 1/3 that it’s the placebo. The paperwork and bureaucracy is unbelievable. My last two doctors retired because of it. The actual shot was a nonevent. Worst part was when they ...

Re: Zooming & scrolling

Greg, It's been a long time since I even thought about this. I remember that there was a delay with using some of the PowerCADD zooming commands, so I came up with some Misc Commands to deal with this. Misc commands don't show in any menu, but you can assign command keys to them. These are (with my ...

Circular Arc Length

David, Reasonable thing to ask for but in looking at the programming, the complexity is too much for me to pull off. I have been out of my office for a week and I’m slowly getting back into things. Malcolm Woodruff noted that Z heights are not being handled right in TopoTools. The Z height should no...
