As for computers that are capable of running 10.14, I believe the Intel-based iMacs are capable even though they come with Big Sur. Just read through the VMWare and Parallels blogs. I'm not optimistic about running Mojave in a VM on an M1 Mac… VMWare isn't planning to prioritize running MacOS's in a VM right away anyway… Even if they eventually do, it probably won't run Mojave… Well hopefully VMware or someone figures it out......

I think Todd mentioned the "magic" of the interface was all the carbon stuff that is Mac specific.... I wish I knew what the programming labor cost would be for a rewrite. I think there are enough of us that need it that we could fund it.
