Re: Life after/beyond PowerCadd?
I think Todd mentioned the "magic" of the interface was all the carbon stuff that is Mac specific.... I wish I knew what the programming labor cost would be for a rewrite. I think there are enough of us that need it that we could fund it. We could always start a "Go Fund Me" account.....I'm happy t...

Re: PowerCADD Future

What is the most recent version of PC and what is the maximum compatibility of it with which OS? I have been limping along one last iMac that runs Sierra OS. It is a cu...

Re: PowerCADD Future
Hi Alfred and Todd, Todd had mentioned in an earlier post - last year I believe, or maybe the year prior - that there was a way to transition PC to the newer MacOS without going through a lot of work. But,Todd felt rewriting PC was the way to go. Now with the M1, is what Todd was stating earlier sti...

Re: Clarification-the future of PowerCadd
Hi Jon, I've posted several times suggesting a user buyout or user ownership including similar to what you suggested regarding addition programmers. I've even discussed this with Alfred on the phone many years ago. My concern is - and I've voiced this before (and I've seen others post also) - what h...

Re: Clarification-the future of PowerCadd
I am sure there are others beside me who have kept their older Mac's to use for PowerCADD. I've gone ahead and purchased new equipment, upgaded this equipment and run the latest software - without PowerCADD installed. I use my older 2016 MacBook Pro running Mojave with PC9. I also have an older 2006...
