We all are familiar with PowerCADD as a design tool and how it can combine with Sketchup.

But in my practice PowerCADD is the workhorse. It's the fast lane way to do detailing. So I'm going to show you a detail page, warts and all.

PowerCadd 9 latest edition, running on a MacBook Pro 2019 with OS X 10.14.6.

Workstation magic!
22" LG monitor
MacBook Pro used as a desktop
Apple Magic keyboard with numeric keypad
Wireless bluetooth mouse

A real neck-saver.

Although Apple offers a wireless bluetooth mouse, it's one of their few products I'm not fond of. In my opinion, it's just not ergonomic. My wireless mouse of choice is a Logitech M535. Feels comfortable to the touch.

As far as the LG monitor, Apple simply does not make "affordable" monitors. In fact, the Apple store sells LG monitors that are 4K. Mine is just a hi-res monitor.

Thay screen is really nice!
It seems to have different proportions from mine.
I use two remaindered Dell monitors, Track Pad with Mac mini.
I prefer the track pad to mouse by far.

I have two 27” Thunderbolt displays (iMac plus monitor)
Old Apple white USB keyboard (I can’t stand the new ones)
Logitech MX Master mouse (I’m lost without it!)
Apple trackpad (for two-finger gesture scrolling)
Two LaCie SSD

Also a MacBook Pro to be able to compile 64-bit
With Logitech mouse
I hate laptops!

Not a big fan of laptops myself- but I succumbed to the need for a mobile computing solution. Not a fan of trackpads, so I use a wireless bluetooth mouse even with the laptop. Mine has the dreaded "butterfly" keyboard- but at least it can run the current PowerCADD. I did get used to the keyboard.
